I am disabled and the water bottle on this is at the bottom, really large and very stiff to remove. I cannot do it myself and have to get help to empty the water. Apart from this it seems good enough but I mostly use the timer as the sensor dry never really dries the clothes no matter what setting you choose. For these reasons I have only given 3 stars
